Sarah is an experienced appellate advocate. She represents parties in complex appeals in state and federal court. Sarah regularly appears in Utah appellate courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also authors amicus briefs on important legal issues affecting her industry clients in cases pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Commericial Litigation
Sarah represents businesses and business-people in breach of contract, corporate governance, business tort, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and related disputes. Sarah serves as lead counsel in hard-fought, multi-party commercial cases pending in federal district court with millions of dollars at stake.
Product Liability and Tort
Sarah represents businesses sued for product defects and breaches of warranty. She has represented dozens of industries in catastrophic injury product cases, and has prevailed on many such cases via summary judgment.
